Returns Policy

No Returns for Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of opinion, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with color, design, or style once the item has been received.

Compatibility Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their specific phone model before placing an order. Product descriptions and compatibility charts are provided to assist you—please verify your device model carefully.

No Returns for Incorrect Fit: We do not accept returns or exchanges if the case does not fit your phone due to ordering the wrong model. Please double-check your phone model prior to purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping & Damage Disclaimer: We are not responsible for damage to items caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents during transit by shipping carriers. While we take every precaution to package orders securely, once the package is in the possession of the shipping company, we cannot control how it is handled. Any claims for damage incurred during shipping should be directed to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and filing a report with the carrier if damage is evident.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return.

Refund Policy

To initiate a refund, items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a notification via email confirming that your returned item has been received and that the refund process has been initiated.

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The cost of shipping of item is not refundable.
